Homework 1: Introduce Yourself
The purpose of this homework is to introduce yourself to Dr. Anderson. Submit, via the Moodle, a file (in one of the following formats: plain text, PDF, or Postscript) with the information listed below. (Don't forget to label your assignment with the information listed at the bottom of the "Assessment" slide in Lecture 1.) This homework is worth 10 points.
In your assignment, discuss the following topics:
- Your background, including your technical skills
- Why you are taking this class?
- What you would like to learn?
In addition, if there is some particular technique that you would like to see discussed, let me know and I'll try to get it addressed in one of the lectures. No promises however!
