Semester Project Final Report

As part of completing your semester project, you must produce a final report that fleshes out the information you provided for Homework 4 and adds a summary of your final results and metrics. In particular, your final report should include:

  1. your final list of user stories, along with their estimates, priorities, and completion status.
  2. your final iteration plan; how were your stories allocated across your iterations
  3. a report on the final status of your system; what is the final structure of your system, how is concurrency handled, what are the key concepts, etc. You can include diagrams that show the final state of your system (architecture diagram, UML diagram) but those are not required since we didn't cover these diagrams in lecture.
  4. a report that reports on metrics assocaited with your agile life cycle; such as number of iterations, number of user stories completed per iteration on average, your team velocity and how it changed over the course of the project, and your burn down chart that presents this information visually. If there are other metrics that you'd like to include, please do!

Ideally, you would submit this report when you give your demo; if you aren't able to produce the report by the time you give your demo, then you need to be sure to upload your report (as a single PDF file) by 11:59 PM on Friday, May 4th.
