If a routine is selected with dependencies, that routine is returned together with any other LAPACK routines it calls.

If a routine is selected without dependencies, that routine is returned alone.

Most LAPACK routines require the use of the BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms). 

The BLAS must be downloaded separately from Netlib at http://www.netlib.org/blas/
