Yorkshire Pudding Heat a square pan (9x9x2 inches) in oven. Remove roast from oven; spoon off drippings and add melted butter to coat bottom of pan. Return roast to oven, first add water to it. Place pan back in oven to heat up drippings and butter, remove and add yorkshire pudding batter. Bake @425 for 30 minutes.
