Olio (or as mom used to say "Ow-ool") 1/2 C olive oil (or 1/4 C olive oil and 1/4 C butter/margarine is extra yummy...but the butter burns quick...so watch out) 5 chopped garlic cloves 2T chopped parsley (optional) Boil water for spaghetti (angel hair works well). Warm oil in pan. When oil is warm and water is boiling: - Throw spaghetti in water - Garlic and parsley in olive oil When the spaghetti sticks to the wall, it's done. When the garlic is soft and golden in color, it's done. Serve olio with steamed broccoli. Really yummy with grilled chicken.
