Mom's Spaghetti Sauce 2 - Sweet Italian Sausage 2 - Hot Italian Sausage 2 - Cans of Puree 2 - Garlic Cloves Parsley, Oregano, Garlic Salt, Minced Onion, to taste Brown sausage on low, add the sliced/chopped garlic before the sausage is well done so that the garlic is soft and golden and the pan is nice and brown. Add 1/2 cup of hot water to this and scrape the brown off of the bottom of the pan. Add puree and the rest of the ingredients and simmer. That's it! Experiment! Good Luck!
