London Broil

Okay, one recipe!  London Broil cooks on broil, remember that is when
only the top burner of the oven lights up, so don't put it to close and
remember to turn it over to cook on both sides.  For London Broil, I buy
top round london broil and usually you can look at it and say, "yeah it
will feed both of us".
