Mom's Cheese Cake

3 packages of 8 oz. chreem cheese
NOTE: microwave 4.5 minutes for soft cheese
1.5 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1 T lemon juice
4 large eggs

Crust
8-10 graham crackers in small bowl
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 C sugar
MIX sugar with crumbs; add butter.

Bake in springform butter greased pan at 375 for 45 minutes. Leave
cake in oven for 1/2 hour. afterwards with the door slightly open. Let
cake set.
