APPLE CRISP 4 cups of sliced apples (pared and cored) 1 cup of brown sugar 3/4 cups of flour 3/4 cups of oats 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 8 Tablespoons of Butter ( 1 stick) Mix and blend all ingredients except apples, set aside. Put apples in bottom of an 8" pan and spread mix ingredients on top. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy! Katie's Note: I like it with a lot more "top layer." This recipe gives it a thin top layer.
