Todd's Pesto Fabulousness 3 c fresh basil leaves 3-4 cloves garlic (roughly chopped) 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese 1/4 c. pine nuts 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. fresh parsley (optional) 1/4 c. melted butter (optional) freshly-ground black pepper (to taste) Just chuck all that in a food processor and chop it to bits. Put the pesto on pasta and serve it with stirfried vegtables. You can also make Mara Monte - thow in some scallops and stirfried asparagus :).
