Favorite Potato Soup 3 cups cubed steamed potatoes ¼ teaspoon dill weed 1 ½ cups chicken broth 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup milk (or better cream) salt pepper In blender mix 2 cups of the cooked potatoes and ¾ cup of chicken broth. Blend about 1 minute and set aside. In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until slightly bubbly. Cook for another minute. Stir in potato mixture and remaining broth. Cook and stir till almost heated through. At last minute, add remaining potato cubes. Cook until heated. Yields: 2 big servings
