Mom's Pizelles 3 eggs 1 3/4 C flour 3/4 C sugar 1 t vanilla 1/2 t anise 1/2 C melted butter (DO NOT USE OIL) 2 t baking powder Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Sift flour and baking sodea. Mix with egg mixture until smooth. Add anise, vanilla, and butter - make sure this is well mixed. Dough will be stick enough to be dropped by spoon. Makes approximately 30 pizzelles.
