Bob's Buckwheat Waffles BEAT 2 Egg Whites until stiff, set aside. Then BLEND 2 Egg Yolks with 2 Tablespoons Oil. COMBINE 1 cup Bob's Mix with oil/egg mixture. Add approx. 1 cup water. FOLD in Egg Whites. To double: ADD 2 Eggs to original batch as above and 1 Egg to each thereafter.
