Kate Meacham's Artichoke Heart Dip 1 little jar of Hellman's Mayo (Make sure it's the smallest jar & the real stuff.) 1 large package of "Italian" Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesian) 2 cans of Artichoke Hearts 2 cloves garlic (or to taste) Cut up artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in oven at 425 (or another time if it's easier) until it is bubbly and a little golden. Serve with a bread flute, bagel chips, any other kind of bread product slightly stale.
