Adaptive Immune System

Project Idea: Our project idea is to model a portion of the adaptive immune system which launches an attack against an antigen (which is a protein on an invading pathogen) by generating B-cells capable of binding to the specific antigen. B-cells compete for time with antigen binding sites and helper T-cells. These B-cells concurrently try to obtain the scarce resources they need to be a successful B-cell.
