Project Idea: The goal is to develop the control code that would reside on a master server that provides priority groupings to e-commerce servers that are reserving a "place in line" for customers seeking to purchase n items from a limited supply pool (ex. concert tickets). The master server will allocate x sequential identifiers from its master pool for each request received. In return, the master server will either receive notification that all sales were completed, or it will receive the number of sales cancelled which it will then re-prioritize and reallocate until the sale of all items have been confirmed.
