Sports Hero: I automatically root for anyone over 40 (Exceptions: Oakland Raiders; baseball players) and currently these folks:

  • Roger Federer (<40 but "older") - tennis perfection + grace on and off court
  • Peyton Manning (<40 but close)
  • Maria Sharapova - a fellow rotator-cuff-surgery veteran, so shrieking gets excused
