August 22: The official prerequisites are confusing and misleading. To take this class, you should have:
- Some programming experience or comfort with mathematics.
- More advanced understanding (upper undergraduate) of a relevant discipline, e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, molecular biology, or chemistry
Biologists are especially encouraged to enroll, and may bring data.
For those who are not biologists, no previous biological knowledge will be assumed.
