WICHE provides data and analysis of data relative to enrollments in educational
institutions in the United States. This project, implemented in the Rbase
database language in a PC/MS-DOS environment, provided a means for the
conversion of existing data to Rbase, the entry of new data into the database
as it arrives at WICHE, and for the analysis and production of reports relative
to projections of future enrollments.
