Advanced Signal Processing Utilities

Ball Aerospace has a signal processing system composed of tools that may be
used in conjunction with one another to perform various signal processing
tasks. This project, implemented in Ada in a VAX/VMS environment, provided two
new components for that system -- one that displayed images in various
configurations on a MegaVision image processor display and another that
produced analysis and reports on aspects of the images being processed.
