Undergraduate students on the Boulder campus may use this form to request an
evaluation of computer science courses taken elsewhere to
determine how the courses apply towards a Computer Science degree.
(Evaluation of courses other than computer science can be done by
contacting Undergraduate Program Advisor Lesley McDowell.)
To request an evaluation of transferred computer science courses:
Send a transcript including the potential transfer courses to the University of Colorado Boulder Registrar. Receive from the Registrar a list of courses that were accepted for credit. Submit the form below once for each computer science transfer course you want evaluated.
