Teaching is one of the most important missions of the Computer Science
Department and TAs play a critical role in the Department's graduate and
undergraduate teaching programs. To recognize the contributions of the TAs,
the Graduate Committee presents Outstanding TA awards each semester.
Director of Graduate Studies Xiao-Chuan Cai
announced
Charles (Brad) Morrey III
as the Outstanding TA for Spring 2005.
He will receive a certificate of recognition and a cash prize of $200.
The winner was selected by the Graduate Committee based on the student's TA
performance in the Spring 2005 semester. The Graduate Committee evaluates
all TAs in the department each semester and selects the best to receive the
awards. The committee offers its congratulations to the winner and its thanks
for his outstanding contribution to the Department of Computer Science.
