We are pleased to welcome three new faculty members this Fall:
Dr. Richard Han,
Dr. Gregory Grudic,
and Dr. Jane Mulligan.
Dr. Han earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of
California at Berkeley. Most recently, he has served as a Research Staff
Member at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Laboratory in New York. He will be
working in the area of distributed and mobile computing.
Both Drs. Grudic and Mulligan come to us from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Grudic earned his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the
University of British Columbia-Vancouver, and has most recently been serving as
a Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Pennsylvania's Institute for
Research in Cognitive Science and GRASP (General Robotic and Active Sensory
Perception) Laboratory.
Dr. Mulligan earned her PhD in Computer Science from the University of
British Columbia-Vancouver. Most recently, she has been serving as a
Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Pennsylvania GRASP Laboratory.
